There's one of three things going through his mind:

1. Oh My God, this concrete wall feels fabulous on my naked bum.

2. Where am I?! How did I get here?! ...and why am I bare-ass?! *hick-up*

or

3. S/he threw me out with no clothes! I'm so embarrassed!

Whatever the case is, it's a very well done nude.
